Data we collect
The contact form may contain your full name, company, email address, phone number, selected service and message. We process only the information you voluntarily provide so that we can respond to your enquiry.
Purpose and legal basis
We use the data to process your enquiry, prepare a response and discuss potential cooperation. We do not use it for unrelated marketing without additional consent.
Email delivery
We use Resend for the technical delivery of messages. The service processes data only to the extent required to deliver the enquiry to the recipient.
Retention and recipients
We retain the data for as long as necessary to respond, continue the communication and comply with any legal obligations. Access is limited to people and providers who need the data for these purposes.
Your rights
You may request access to your data, correction of inaccurate data, erasure or restriction of processing where the relevant conditions are met. Send your request to info@certit.si.
Cookies and analytics
The website does not use analytics or non-essential cookies by default, so tracking consent is not required. When you close the cookie notice, your browser stores only a local indication that you have read it. This does not contain personal data and is not sent to the controller. Your manual language selection is also stored locally so that the site can respect it on future visits.
